DAY # - Tip of The Day

Check your setup and alignment. Most likely your shoulders are open along with your feet and hips. Point your outside shoulder to the target

Day 2 after you created muscle memory from day 1, make sure to have a good posture and no rounded back. Meaning, a rounded back will make you "stand-up" on the backswing, moving your head and shoulders too much.

Well, now we're to the top of the backswing. Assuming you've done everything right to this point so far, there is only ONE thing you need to focus on in day 3. Focus on keeping a "flat left wrist" and a "cupped right wrist", this will keep clubface square

There are 3 steps in day 4 we need to be aware of: 1) downswing, keep your back to the target as long as possible, basically hitting the ball into right field (baseball analogy). 2) At impact assuming you've done it all correct you should feel pulling w/left and pushing w/right. 3) Just finish HIGH as high as your hands will get up!! That's it!!

Tip of The Day - DAY # 

Check your setup first. Make sure that you're not "closed off" with your stance and your alignment is correct. Also feel the weight 50/50.

DAY

A Hook is often caused by a "swing with all arms", or swinging with your hands. Try to focus on the big muscles in the swing and creating width or length in the backswing especially. This will turn you more!

DAY

At the top of the swing assuming you've done everything correct so far, the clubface should be square but if you still have a hook then the shaft of the club is "across the plane". Meaning, you want to feel the clubhead more behind you. Good?

DAY

Now the moment of truth! Because you're hitting a hook your swing path should be fine, it's the body connected to the swing path that is off. In other words, your hips are not turning really at all if any. The best advice I can give someone with a hook is to SWING HARDER with your hips. So, rotate those hips thru!
